I specialised in makeup, hairstyling as well as single eyelashes extensions in Japanese Style. I have 5 years of experiences in providing customers my beauty services. Dolling myself up as well as fulfilling every girl's dream to become pretty is my passion. I did my studies for makeup, hairstyling and eyelash extensions in
Tokyo, Japan.
Rest assured to have your eyelashes done in a Japanese style way! If you have done your lashes in a Japanese Salon before, you will know what i'm saying :)
Comparing to many Singapore eyelashes extensions salon, I noticed the extensions done are usually of same length applied on the eyelashes. But I was taught to do different designs and styles to create different looks and effects for the eyes. Different extensions design for different occasions :)
Sassy Lashes uses premium quality of lashes, glue and products all imported from Japan and Korea.
Comparing to most Japanese based salons in Singapore, the prices Sassy Lashes offers is of relatively reasonable price with premium quality done to your lashes. And that is, premium quality with good prices offered to you :)

Answer: it can last about 4 to 5 weeks, some even longer depending on individual lifestyle and after care. Regular combing will prevent tangle of lash and create long lasting result.
Will the eyelash extension cause my real lash to shed?
Answer: No, Eyelash hairs grow in a cycle that includes three phases: Growing, Resting and Shedding. It will cycle out itself every 30 to 60 days. it is normal to see lash extensions fall off together with natural lash when they shed because we attached lash fibres on it and we use high quality medical grade glue so that lash will not peel-off from natural lash and drop.
How often do I need a touch up?
Answer: Usually after about 3 to 4 weeks unless necessary. It can be earlier due to special reasons such as being under the hot weather very often or swimmers).
Can I apply Mascara?
Answer: No. It is not needed when you have eyelash extension because your eye will be more beautiful than with mascara applied on. It is also difficult for removal after mascara is applied. Any other eye makeup (eg. Eye shadow or eyeliner) can be applied and wipe with cotton and eye makeup removal.
Can eyelash extension be applied on lower lash?
Answer: Yes, but it can only last about 2 to 3 weeks because it tends to rub against upper eyelids.
What do you mean by unlimited lashes?
Answer: Each and every single individual has different amount of lashes on their eyes. Thus, having unlimited lashes meaning, you can choose the amount of lashes you wish to have on your lashes. If you have many lashes on your eyes, having the free choice to have unlimited lashes put on your lashes allows you to have fuller lashes at the price of $88. Compared to other salons, they usually charged you accordingly to the number of lashes, and is usually much more expensive ranging from $100 onwards.
I haven't done eyelash extensions before. How is it like?
Answer: There is a counselling session done during the first visit to the salon to find out if there is any allergies you have, the designs you would prefer etc. Do not worry, we will explain everything in detail to you during the first visit, including how to maintain your eyelashes (after-care).
Why don't you do cluster eyelash extensions?Although Cluster eyelash extensions gives a more volume effect, however when it falls out, it is very obvious. And your own eyelashes will fall out together with the cluster extensions.
That is why we only do single strand extensions, as it looks more natural and doesn't cause any harm to the eyelashes.
I'm wearing spectacles, can I still do eyelash extensions?
You can do shorter extensions so that it doesn't touch your spectacles. Do let our Lash Artist know so that we can advise you.
Can I come for my appointment with make-up on?
We would strongly recommend to remove all your make-up first before coming for your eyelash extensions. Because you have to avoid water for at least 3-4 hrs after the treatment, thus you won't be able to remove your make-up if you need to.
Some make-up products like Mascara contains oil, which will make the extensions come off easily and curls done by eyelash curler also make it hard for the extensions to stay on.

On average, extensions usually last for 3 weeks to a month.
Will eyelash extensions damage the natural lashes?
We attach the extensions 0.5mm away from the root, so it will not hinder eyelash growth. Our eyelash extensions products are all tried and proven to be safe.
To avoid damaging your own lashes, please do not pluck or pull the extensions.
How often should I touch up?
We would recommend doing a touch up every 10 days to 2 weeks to maintain beautiful eyelashes.
My own eyelash is dropping together with the extension!
Everyday we will lose about 4 to 5 eyelashes.
Because extensions is thicker and longer than our own eyelashes, that is why it makes it more noticeable when they fall out.
Unless you pull them roughly, extensions will not cause your own eyelashes to drop.
How should I clean my face?
Use oil-free products around the eye area, as oil will cause extensions to drop.
Use cotton bud to remove makeup around the eye area, instead of cotton balls or cotton pad, as the fibers might get stuck on your extensions.
Be gentle when washing your face and try to avoid the extensions.
Do not splash water on the extensions.
Can I use mascara or eyelash curler on the extensions?
Most of the mascaras in the market contains oil, and it might cause the extensions to fall out. Also, it will be near impossible to remove mascara from your extensions.
Eyelash curler damages extensions and your eyelash, if you need more curl, please let us know.
Can I put on make-up after getting extensions?
Once the glue is dried, you may put on make-up if you want, just be more carefully when removing and remember to use a oil-free cleanser.
I've had an eyelash perm. Can I still do eyelash extensions?
We would strongly recommend you to wait for at least 2 months after the perm to do eyelash extensions. Because there is very little bonding space left after your eyelashes is permed, extensions done on it may fall off within a week.
Is there any pain during the treatment?
Its a painless procedure as most of our clients even fall asleep during the treatment.
In the unlikely event of that you feel uncomfortable or pain, please let us know.
